Time will tell if Ron & Kyle made quality picks, but the way Ron & Kyle spoke of their cohesion & just that they did these three straight joint press conferences - which Bruce & Mike/Jay NEVER did - suggest an organizational alignment that the #Redskins have lacked for so long.
