Dolphins owner Stephen Ross confirmed to me, in an e-mail, that he will not hire Jim Harbaugh as Dolphins coach. Ross, a Michigan alum and huge supporter of the program, obviously would like Harbaugh to remain Michigan's coach. Pro Football Talk reported Jets will pursue him
