Restricted free agent OL Ryan Bates will sign an offer sheet with the Bears, per source. Terms of the agreement haven't been disclosed, but the Bills will have five days to match or Bates will be a Bear. It's unclear what the Bills will do before seeing the terms. @TheAthletic
