The Raiders have traded kicker Eddy Piñeiro to the Bears, per @AdamSchefter. He was set to be their starter last year as a UDFA signing before injuring groin during preseason. Daniel Carlson went 16-for-17 with Raiders last season, so he was locked in as 2019 starter.
