ST coordinator Richard Hightower said #49ers have signed P Ryan Winslow, 27, to practice squad in case Mitch Wishnowsky (concussion) isn't cleared before Sunday. Winslow has 16 punts in 2021 while playing four games with three teams (CAR, ARIZ, WASH).
