Raiders are signing former NC State punter AJ Cole and waiving punter Drew Kaser, sources said. Cole impressed ST coordinator Rich Bisaccia this weekend at rookie minicamp. Attended on tryout basis. Johnny Townsend, the incumbent, and Cole now will compete for punter job.
