Rams GM Les Snead noted that in conversations w/OBJ, he was understanding of &enthusiastic about the *process* of getting phased into offense. Adds it was important to OBJ to get Rams WRs “blessing” (this was the Ramsey call) on being a part to the whole before he made decision.
