I asked Kiper about Kyler Murray. He definitively sees him as a QB. He thinks there's a possibility he could jump Haskins as the first QB picked. Kiper says maybe keep the Raiders in mind with the fourth pick for Murray. He right now projects him in the middle of the 1st.
