21/ Brent Urban’s 1-yr deal w/ Tenn includes a base salary of $850K & based on the Titans’ change in Cap space, Urban’s Cap # is $1.55M. This would seem to indicate a Bonus of $700K. If so, Urban should qualify for Comp picks, meaning the return of the 4th Rd Comp for Brown.
