The #GoBucs could do the opposite of what the Rams did and it could work. Pair a young defensive HC with a veteran OC.

HC: Kris Richard

OC: Jim Caldwell

Would give them that veteran coach on the staff in Caldwell to go with a 39-year-old HC in Richard.
