Packers, Texans, Bills, Browns didn't change QBs, but have seen huge increases in efficiency. BUF/CLE have 3rd year QBs, while GB/HOU increase is a bit more complicated.

PIT/CAR changed QBs, and obviously started from a very low baseline in '19 to get to about avg in '20.
