The new Steelers' GM said that he wasn't sure if things would work out with the Eagles letting Weidl take the Asst GM job with Pittsburgh. If the Eagles had to give permission, that means Weidl was already reporting directly to Roseman. My guess then is Raiche reported to Weidl.
