Malcolm Jenkins has signed w/ the Saints for 4 years, $32M w/ $16.5M fully guaranteed, per NFL source. There’s a $9M signing bonus. Total number could reach $35M if he hits play time/win incentives. Jenkins’ had 1 year left at $7.6M w/ #Eagles before they declined option day ago.
