Ravens officially place WRs Rashod Bateman and Miles Boykin on I.R. So the earliest they can return is Week 4. They re-signed TE Eric Tomlinson for one of those spots. Presumably, OLB Pernell McPhee will get other but they haven’t announced his return yet.
