A source close to the talks in LV says that Patriots OC Josh McDaniels & #RaiderNation owner Mark Davis + team president Dan Ventrelle agree on what McDaniel’s staff would look like. If Davis is willing to hire Dave Zeigler as GM this could be a done deal as early as tomorrow.
