Whomever the next coach of the Cowboys will be, their OC, OL and WR coach will ALREADY be in place. It seems like they would want a defensive-minded head coach, but you never know. Cowboys flew McCarthey home to GB, then the plane went to Sarasota Florida, not sure why.
