I saw a Texans blogger saying Kelly was trash a few weeks back, but the stats say otherwise.

Over his first two seasons as OC, the Texans were 6th in the league in EPA per play. The 2020 Texans led the league in yards per play.

Adding Kelly to the staff is a good thing.
