Titans say QB Marcus Mariota will be available Wednesday afternoon for his regular media appearance. Would have been bad sign, perhaps, if he weren't speaking. Coach Mike Vrabel has said Mariota's hand/elbow/throwing ability will be re-evaluated Wednesday.
