  2. Hey Guys, I debated whether to post this or not, but given how long I've been on this site I decided to. Even though I haven't met any of you I consider many of us friends. I have 16 year old twin boys Evan and William. William (who is a big Cowboys fan) has recently been diagnosed with a form of pediatric lymphoma. While it is 100% curable this has been a parents worst nightmare for my wife and I. He has surgery scheduled to remove a cancerous lymph node on Monday June 17. Post recovery he will have to endure a lumbar puncture(spinal tap) and a bone marrow aspiration. The chances

  6. Its a matter of keeping this system simple. If everyone gets to pro rate based on years left rather than average salary of the contract it will be a mess.

  10. A lot of reports out there that the Twins are heavily invested in both Kimbrel and Kuechel now that the deadline is passed. I really expect the Twins to sign one of the two, and I hope it's Kimbrel.

  11. Imo Duke needs to stop whining and do his job. He wasn’t a featured back when he signed the deal and he’s still well paid tbh. And fwiw I’m almost always on the side of the player, but not in this instance. Dude is well compensated and had the chance to play elsewhere and chose to take the Browns money. Sack up and play.

  13. If my job paid me what I was worth a year ago and continued to pay me what I was scheduled to pay I’d have no grounds to complain. . .

  14. Tammy got mad af I didnt accept his Pro-Bowl ballot. His Pro-Bowl ballot read "all of my guys pls". Got even more mad when I said my thanks to the 4-5 owners who actually submitted a proper ballot, and shamed the one who sent me a ballot saying "all of my guys pls".

  16. Much respect to this man. Hell of a player at his best. Just had bad luck starting with the NFCCG against Seattle. Was on path to becoming a HOF player and then boom! The injury happens and that's all she wrote unfortunately.

  18. Then what happens to players who have their deals back loaded? This is fair to everyone and how we've done it since I've been around which is a long time

  19. Would we go so far as to say he “coordinates” the offense?

  20. I would tell him he’s not getting a new contract, he’s not getting traded and he will be fined for every mandatory practice he misses.

  21. There is a whole lot of blame to go around in this thing, but anyone who is under the illusion that Snyder had some amazing plan laid out and was actually following is playing revisionist history, and just trying to absolve him at this point.

  24. Here are two of my better theories: 1) Roose bolton is really thousands and thousands of years old. He is actually the same Lord Bolton from the age of heros but he has male heirs, flays them, then wears their skins. There was a theon chapter in ADOD (the fake arya's wedding) where Theon is in the gods wood and remarks how eerie it is on that day. He then sees mist swirl up and make some of the guests look like animals. "Roose bolton's face was a pale, grey mask, with two chips of dirty ice where his eyes should be". I suspect the leaches do something to rid Lord Bolton of his heirs emoti

  27. We will never see anything like it again to be honest. Not just on the 49ers, in the NFL in general. Two of the best to ever do it. The double trouble twins. Looking back at those teams... a SB win would have changed how history remembers them

  31. You didn't even try to list positives for the Panthers like you did for the other teams though. Heck for the Ravens you didn't even mention anything about the current team, just how historically good their defenses were. The Panthers and Ravens have had a similar level of success the last 5 years, if not more-so for the Panthers (46-33-1 with 3 playoff appearances and a Super Bowl app vs 42-38 for Ravens with 2 playoff appearances), and Panthers were one of the best teams in the NFL last year until Cam got re-injured vs Pittsburgh. And in fact, the Panthers clapped the heck out of the R

  32. Calloway is in prime condition to go off. He ended the year on a positive note, probably is the most talented in that list (we're talking about a 1st round graded guy who was a complete train wreck in college), wasn't in great football shape last year, and will have an opportunity to go off on 1 on 1 coverage for a good portion of the year. He can line up in the slot or outside the numbers and produce.

  33. Frank Gore. Dude blew out both of his knees in college and played the majority of his career for bad 49ers teams. Still working his way up the all-time rushing and all-purpose lists.
