  1. Meanwhile Josh Gordon stays suspended for smoking weed.

  2. Makes sense. NFL only suspends you if you do truly despicable things like smoke weed in your free time or deflate footballs.....

  3. So since there was no evidence we’re just gonna act like there was no collusion... er, I mean abuse?

  4. Josh Gordon suspended indefinitely for smoking some pot, Hill beats his son and gets nothing. Checks out.

  5. This, this exact situation, is why years of suspending people who "might" have done something, or were present when other people did things, or were "probably generally aware" of other people doing things, or who didn't do anything but looked like they did, or were accused of doing things by people after their money was a terrible, terrible, terrible idea. When you suspend people on a totally adhoc basis, when you eventually draw a line and say "no suspension this time", you look like a massive hypocrite with totally arbitrary standards. I'm not saying Hill should be suspended - I'm

  7. This is literally the dumbest thing I've ever read on here. Literally, not practically.

  8. That's a really strange take. We're hoping that Jenkins grows up to be Turner. Also if we have that contract to a guy getting beat cleanly by two (essentially) rookies and a JAG, we should be furious with Gutekunst.

  10. Since it's still the offseason for way too long, six days or whatever, going to pivot to just talking about Packers under 25 in general. Aside from whoever it was that is driving the Tony Brown fan club bandwagon, how do the rest of y'all feel about him? To be honest, I think the Packers might actually have a player there. Dude is so twitchy and fired up on every play, it looks like he's playing hopped up on something. Strong too, loves to hit at the line and then just pester people through the whole route. If his game ever matches his desire guy will be a Hall of Famer. Might try t

  14. @BleedTheClock I'm not a mod in NFL News, but I'm going to be honest with you, your last two posts are how this thread is going to very quickly find itself locked, like every Tyreek thread before it.

  15. I loathe the KC Chiefs fan base now. It's literally just scummy Chiefs fans that believe he's "innocent" or that justice was done. I can't wait until this all comes to a head in the future. And it most certainly will. Also, how can one NOT consider Tyreek Hill a piece of crap person? That should be a no-brainer to everyone.

  16. Someone in that household injured that child. Combine that with the threats he made directly to his woman. I feel pretty confident in saying that he is a scumbag that doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt. This isnt the end of this case anyways. Hill will get his suspension once they release the records and statements from this case.

  18. You are upset with how the zeke case was handled. You are also upset at the double standard with regards to how future cases have been handled. Don't you think that if zeke's case wouldn't have been such a lightning rod for teams/players, that Goodell would not be handling these cases the way he is now? So shouldn't you take solace in the fact his case changed the way players are disciplined, rather than be upset? misery loves company, I guess

  21. Yeah, going off what JBURGE said, if you ultimately plan to go for Platinum and 100% the game, do at the least every crime activity you see pop up while you navigate the city. Also, any suit can be combined with any suit power. Web Blossom is the most OP suit power for fighting your way through large groups of enemies.

  25. As the question states, you can give two former and two current NFL players a Superbowl ring, who would you choose? (I went for two as a) I have two players in mind for each category and b) I know how hard it would be for people to select one) Former Players: Jim Kelly You could pick a lot of players from that Bills team (Bruce Smith, Andre Reed) who went to four successive Super Bowls but weren't able to win one. I've gone for Jim Kelly because he's Buffalo through and through, has battled through a lot in his life and genuinely feel his QB play deserved at least one accol

  28. Tony Brown is the player you enjoy working with the most as a coach because all the physical talent in the world is there, but the head isn't. All but the top 1% of NFL talents can't cover an average NFL receiver without having a good idea as to what route or route combos they might be seeing. Brown's limitations are mental. He doesn't catch the nuances. What does it mean that the WR is 8 yards off the numbers and not 5? He's not getting that's hinting at a dig route rather than a vertical. He's not getting the differences in the stem. The difference between a guy counting his step

  38. so i've been going to Aaron Rodgers' dad for his chiropractic service for a few weeks now... pretty interesting guy... was an offensive lineman at a small college... played semi pro ball for two years... never made it in to the NFL... tried to be a strength and conditioning coach though...

  39. LOL..... Come on man......Wims has shown us more than Currie. He was one of those fast midgets Mike Martz favored wasn't he? Wims is 6'4"/215-220lbs and Cordarrelle Patterson is 6'2"/228lbs. In the event of an injury IMHO either could be used in Burton place IF Nagy chooses to get them set up to do it. Remember we didn't realize Burton would be lost in that playoff game 'til the day before the game. Given how Burton is used a bigger WR may do better in that role than a slower TE. Patterson and Burton are about the same size but Patterson is far more explosive and I would lov
