They have the reigning MVP in a very young Lamar Jackson and weapons all over. Free agency was a definitive win for them with the additions of Wolfe and Campbell. Nine selections is a great start

  5. hello friends! so we're all stuck at home right now and posting our way through it, finding ways to pass the time and hopefully make the quarantine get over quickly so we can resume our lives in a safe way... but here's an idea i've stolen from another forum to help pass the time and build on the sense of community we have on this fine forum conducting one on one larry king style interviews with the posters! i've got my good friend and trusted advisor @mission27 on board to conduct them, and even though we're all (mostly) friends here it's a good way to get to know everyone here in an eve

  6. We've done these in the past. I'm all for it, as long as we leave politics out of it. That's a big bugaboo. Keep the bad language at a minimum, even though we've become more lax in that regard. And be mindful of the rules as a whole. Otherwise, go wild.

  8. interesting, thx for posting. Until it is peer reviewed, we won't learn much about the validity of these results. Our Immune system is like an orchestra with a hundred different "instruments" each playing a role. Its hard to tease out whether the tuba or the piccolo is the key component and each human is slightly different in their response. I'll also note that they say antibodies couldn't be detected, which is different than saying there aren't any. Lots of variables to consider. Linked in that Newsweek article is the study with Ivermectin, an approved anti-parasitic drug that is be

  11. This may sound insane but im starting to warm to thr idea of going WR, in the 1st and 2nd, then addressing OL with several players from there on. Reason being is that I don't have a large gap between thre OTs that will be there in the 2nd and the ones there in the 3rd. Guys like Peart, Barch, Charles should be there and they all have things to really like about them. At WR however I thunk there will be a drop of since so many are going to go early. If we end up with Ruggs/ lamb/ Jeudy then pair them with an Aiyuk/Hamler/DPJ/ or even Laviska or Higgins who are falling. That co

  13. Hey, do not talk badly about this thread. We have quietly created the most viewed and active thread ever in this forum to feed HB's need for attention and stopped him from creating 400 other threads. We did get the depth chart but I kind of like and expect that one. I think we all just need to relax and enjoy this masterpiece of a thread. Thank you Humble Beast.

  20. Green Bay Packers: 94th Overall: Davon Hamilton: B+ I have it on good terms the Packers were very happy Hamilton was available here. They got absolutely ran on several times last season and most notably in the NFC Championship. Classic Packers NFC Championship loss. I've lost track of my favorite losses so far... there's just so many! HA HA HA! There is some 3tech upside here, even if most have him penciled in as a 1.. a la Gallimore. And I guess that just means he can rush the passer as well as stop runs in laymens. San Francisco 49ers: 95th Overall: Matt Peart

  25. Another note about Charlie is he is back to back Mock Draft Champion, 10/32 two years in a row. The average is 5 correct, so 10 is pretty dang good. Especially two years in a row. But yes, Walter is horrible. His book is totally scammy and a money grab (read the reviews), his analysis is garbage and bias, his site is ad galore to the point it barely works, and he also uses a Monero Miner that utilizes your CPU’s Processor for money. Yes, he uses your processor. That’s why your computer will get super noisy and hot on Walter Football. If you go to WF, make sure to read only

The first article was full of flawed logic and largely based on the Lev Bell incident, and BehindtheSteelCurtain is a site full of hacks writing terrible pieces. We are never that active in free agency....not because players dont want to come here, but because we are CONSISTENTLY near the bottom of the league in cap space because, why?...wait for it.....THE STEELERS PAY THEIR OWN PLAYERS FIRST. Its hard to offer huge contracts to free agents when the mone

  32. The clinicians and patients typically don't know who is getting the drug because of the placebo effect. Just getting seen by an MD will lead people to say: "Yeah, I DO feel better" That's why the gold standard is a double blind, placebo controlled trial to weed out all the noise. For each trial, there is an independent review board and they are unblinded so they know who got drug - and they will look at the results of the study in an ongoing basis and they can stop the trial at any time because: A) It works really well and there's little sense in continuing. B) Its not doing anything

  34. Sort of. @Shanedorf is gonna respond, but you don't just get a drug "approved". You get it approved at a specific dose for a specific indication with specific side effects and risk factors etc. etc. that all gets summarized on the label. The wording on that is outrageously specific and often negotiated/revised by an agency as part of the approval process. So if we had a cancer drug approved and it turned out to be effective against COVID-19, it's not just a copy+paste kind of thing. This is called off-label usage and it gets very case-specific and complicated quickly, so I don't want to

  36. 'settling' for one of the OT's or Kinlaw should not be considered a problem. They are all tremendous prospects. I wouldn't trade down if any were available. It seems that a lot of people think we are a CB or WR away from contending, that's just not true. We need to take the best talents we can across the board but within reason.

  37. Alternatively, he could recognise that on many occasions there are only two DLs on the field, and at least part of the time when there are more, it's something like Zadarius Smith as the third. Therefore what is needed is ONE MORE decent DL guy (essentially a number 2 guy) to round things out nicely for the majority of the snaps, leaving Lowry/Keke/Lancaster as the 3/4/5. If Gute wants better quality on the D line and on the cheap, then the answer is the draft (and by the time that DL becomes expensive on a second contract, Aaron Rodgers contract is off the books). Although I'm sure

  38. The not great DE class is elevating a prospect like YGM who is more of a 2nd round type pass rusher. He's athletic, but he's not an explosive pass rusher that I feel is worthy of a first round pick over more talented players at a position of higher need.

Instead of spewing out trash garbage and claiming to be an expert on every player, which I am sure most is regurgitated off what you have read online, yet you claim to "have watched film" why don't you focus on a few players and do true research, that is if you even have a legit eye to evaluate talent which so far you have proven to be below average at best. Time will show you have no clue what you're talking about as it always has. Now you're backtracking on your C
