This is dumb. The NFL knew when they had this season during a highly contagious pandemic and decided to squeeze every penny out of it by going the full 16 games that people would get it. Stunt to make themselves look good.5 points

Yup, training as a bus driver since I moved to Texas. The post office down here didn't have any openings, and I'm kinda glad they didn't. I have a lot more time on my hands now, weekends and holidays open, will have the summer off (paid).4 points

Matt Schneidman - Elgton Jenkins played left guard, left tackle and center last night. He's 24 and one of the best young O-linemen in the league.3 points

Always been a big Sean McDermott guy too. He’s certainly not a liability by any stretch as a Head Coach.3 points

Flores seems to have the book on McVay and Goff. He kicked our *** in the Super Bowl too. It was a similar gameplan. I was and am angry at Jared. He shouldn't have kept forcing plays. Just eat the sack. He cost us the game. But McVay hung him out to dry, and I still say the play that changed that game was 80% on McVay. We had gotten burned multiple times going empty, and McVay goes empty right when we're about to score. All he has to do is run the ball behind the right side of the OL, and I think we score a TD. Instead of being up 14-7, we're down 14-7. Everything spiraled from there. I don't3 points

Boy you’re telling me?! Its a wonder that Burrow can even produce with those trash weapons, bottom 5 unit if you ask me! I think they should purge that offensive talent. Hopefully they ESPECIALLY don’t think to trade AJ Green or Tyler Boyd to the Ravens, would hate for such scrubs to pollute our on field product... we’d be gifting them the division at that point. It’s even disgusting to just think about.2 points

Ross from Friends. Dated chicks much hotter than him. Was kindda homely. But lovable. Got THE girl. Lost the girl. And kindda gets her in the end. Plus...Packers/Bears should be linked in NFL history. Monica is clearly the Bears. She got Chandler. Thats gotta be the equivalent of Grossman, McNown, Trubisky.2 points

I think anyone in politics should have to had served in the military or played some team sport. We're all on the same team, sure we may disagree face to face but we don't let all of the other teams watch us bicker back and forth.2 points

WB hypocritically not asking Amber Heard to resign from Aquaman 2 tho? At least do it bcuz her performance in the first one was beyond cringeworthy.2 points

Just a couple other somewhat related comments here, am I the only one not sold on Josh Allen yet? Not saying I’m a “hater” or anything like that, but after that 4-game barrage he came out on, his next 4 games have been pretty pedestrian: 79 passer rating, 5 TDs to 5 turnovers, less than 19 PPG, and a couple losses to go with a couple really unimpressive wins (by 8 over NYJ and by 3 over NE). They’re not exactly reinventing the wheel from a scheme standpoint up there, eventually the league catches up with you. Will be interesting to see how he’s able to adjust. Ahh yes the Fail Mary. How I remember...I was extra intoxicated this particular night. I ended up getting told to calm down by former NBA point guard & University of Washington DB Nate Robinson on Twitter. I guess I was so drunk I started tweeting and sent one his way in response to his celebrating the Seahawks “win”..also may or may not have left Lance Easley a voicemail after finding his phone number on some message board... Having said that, I would quickly forgive Golden Tate if we ended up signing him.2 points

If you can't enjoy a Packers win no matter the circumstances that is really a shame. I thought sports was supposed to be an entertaining diversion and not life or death.2 points

Like, why? This is the stupid crap that I really don't understand from NFL teams sometimes. Josh Johnson is not a thing. He's 34 years old. You're not getting anything here. Why not just sign someone off another teams practice squad so that you can at least get a look at someone that may have a future with the team, even if it's a very small likelihood? See about Josh Rosen. Check out Jake Browning. Nate Stanley. Hell, bring back Broc Rutter. Steven Montez. Is the goal really to have Josh Johnson play / start? Come on.2 points

2 Safeties playing back makes you bad against the run. The counterpoint might be that both safeties ended up having to miss a tackle to allow that run. My counter-counterpoint to that would be that such thing happens when you force Safeties to make open field tackles on RBs, and also that even before they missed the tackle, that was still a gain of 9 yards. The utilization of the RBs is a big reason. You could make the counter argument here that the CB didn't even bother to try and force an inside release to help his overhead safety, but having both RBs out in the pattern makes thi2 points

Do not sleep on the Bears. That style of defense is going to give the Packers fits.2 points

this has been the most anxiety-ridden, sleep-deprived week since I can remember. I'm normally anxious, like I sweat and get jittery during packers games. This week has felt like a 120 hour packers game.2 points

People are stuck on 2017 Dak and can’t realize he’s developed into a top ten QB. It’s not so much defending as much as it is trying to hope that by using fact-based evidence people will come around and appreciate what they have in Dak...but if I’ve learned anything over the past few years it’s that people in general would rather cling to an idea, no matter how asinine and stupid it is, than admit they’re wrong.2 points

We did what good teams do to teams that are struggling - we went on the road on a short week and took care of business. Nobody felt sorry for us when we had a lot of starters out in past seasons. Nobody apologized for beating us when Rodgers missed all those games. In the end all that matters is the W and keeping our lead in the division.2 points

Honestly don't think its the plays that get called thats much different. Against the Rams and Patriots it 100% was the gameplan to go with the short stuff but last week there where a lot of plays drawn up for the intermediate to deep area where Jimmy just got off it too quick or couldn't hit his guy. You can draw a deep pass up but when your QB takes one look and checks it down it doesn't change the intention of Kyle.2 points

How would that play even work? The O-lineman can't block beyond the line of scrimmage, because if it's a pass then that's a penalty. The only way to do a run pass option is fake handoff and quickly fire a slant to a WR. But in the redzone, the DBs are all pressing the WRs, so they can't get off the line fast. Ugh. So you have Skura playing patty cake with the DT, not even run blocking. How is that going to work? Alternatively, maybe it was a pass and Lamar just decided to run with it. And the coaches are covering for him.2 points

Plus if you are getting in on next gen this month I think they doubled the frame rate if I’m remembering correctly.2 points

Ahem. Your team gave their QB an elite weapon. It’s not like that for everyone.2 points

This is the 2nd time now. Seriously, how hard is it for him to wear a mask? These masks actually BENEFIT coaches so that don't have to cover their mouths from the media while calling plays unless they're only wearing shields like Reid. I just don't get it. You're costing yourself money AND the team by not doing something so simple. There are honest mistakes and then there are intentional mistakes. And this is all on Gruden. I'll admit that last week I was walking my dog and decided to go to the store but didn't think about the mask until I got there. I apologized to the cashi2 points

That's so dumb though. Like, he says something that's a bombshell like that but injects zero sense of irony or anything in it, and then later acts like it's so insane that people wanted to know more about it? Makes HIM look like the idiot. It's like every once in awhile you see something like, as a trade deadline is approaching a player tweets out "Oh damn ya'll, I just got traded, it's been real *insert team here* fans!" and then an hour later, they go "LOL, I was kidding, I was just trying to teach everybody a lesson on how you can't trust everything you see in the media, and how everyo2 points
