  1. Lots of talented DL still available, hopefully we grab one of them today. Nixon, Wilson, Shelvin, Togiai, Slaton, Brown III, Tufele, and Tuipulotu all still available.
  2. I love this pick and it's awesome this kid wanted to be a Packer from day one. I really like his size and quickness. He is going to be a physical slot and he immediately upgrades our return game on ST.
  3. Do not want Landon Dickerson. I don't care how good he is with all the injuries he's sustained in college. I would be ok with him later in the draft but certainly not at 29.
  4. I have noticed Jenkins falling in a few mocks here recently. If he is there at 29, sprint that card to the podium. I had a lot of fun watching this kid's film. He would be perfect at RT.
  5. If Caleb Farley falls to 29 do we take him? It would be so tempting but considering our medical staff I can't see us pulling the trigger on him.
  6. Three wide receiver sets have become increasingly common across the NFL which is why it is important to have a strong nickel corner. They are basically starters on the defense at this point. I believe Molden is the best nickel corner in the draft. While he may not be the biggest or fastest guy around he has incredible feel for where he needs to be with great route anticipation. I love his physicality too, he comes down hard on ball carriers and plays a lot bigger than his size indicates.
  7. 1st Round (29th overall) - Jalen Mayfield OT Michigan 6-5 320 lbs Mayfield is a very athletic tackle that has the potential to play on either side. He’s got the length and size that you look for in a bookend. He’s more proficient in run blocking than as a pass protector at the moment but his upside is immense. He leaves Michigan with only 15 starts under his belt (played in 2 games in 2020) which makes his evaluation incomplete. I would be very excited to see what Stenavich could do with this kid. 2nd Round (62nd overall) - Elijah Molden DB University of Washington 5
  8. Probably my favorite mock I've seen this offseason between the free agent additions and the draft. Nice work
  9. I am intrigued by Nielsen. The Saints have always gotten a lot out of their defensive lines and our line is one of the weakest units on the team.
  10. Not a fan to be honest. We really need help at IDL and OT. IDL, OT, and CB are the biggest needs for this team IMO.
  11. Robert Tonyan at TE for GB. He has 8 touchdowns on the year and has solved our woes at the TE position. Very reliable.
  12. FLEX decision Gio Bernard @ Washington or Justin Jefferson vs. Dallas Gio Bernard: Mixon has finally been placed on IR meaning Bernard will continue to be the lead back. Washington has a great front seven but they have struggled defending against the run the last two weeks. Gio is also one of the better pass catching backs in the league. Justin Jefferson: This kid is so good but I think Dalvin Cook is going to run all over the Dallas defense resulting in fewer pass attempts. Thoughts?
  13. My two starting WR this week are Kenny Golladay and Justin Jefferson. I'm trying to figure out my FLEX. Who is the better play between these two? Diontae Johnson at Baltimore- Blew up in his return last week. When healthy he is the top WR in the Pittsburgh offense. Got hurt at the end of last week but had a full practice yesterday. or... Giovani Bernard vs. Tennessee- Mixon looking like he will be out again and Bernard looked good last week. Thoughts?
  14. I don't think you're crazy. Dallas down to their third string QB on the road in Philly. I like Aiyuk of those options because Deebo is out and Seattle is awful against the pass.
  15. I don't think that Fuller is worth any more than a 3rd and giving up that would still bother me. Prior to the 2020 season, Fuller had missed playing in 22 games. He is a huge injury risk and has shown he can't stay healthy in this league. That drops his value for me. It has been said many times that the best ability in this league is availability and Fuller is too injury prone despite his talent. I would trade a conditional 4th for him but that is it.
  16. I really want Gallup and think it makes a ton of sense.
  17. Justin Herbert home against Jaguars or Ben Roethlisberger @ Tennessee I'm leaning Big Ben because I think the Titans will put up points a lot better than the Browns last week forcing Ben to throw more. I like Herbert but the Jaguars defense is terrible and I can see them running the ball if they get up big early. Lastly, Giovani Benard home against Cleveland (Mixon is out) or Latavius Murray home against Carolina?
  18. One development that I was pretty excited to see from this game was Kingsley Keke. Two sacks against a pretty good offensive line is very encouraging to see. We desperately need something next to Clark so I was really happy about how he played.
  19. Gardner Minshew vs Miami Ben Roethlisberger vs Houston
  20. Trying to figure out my flex start for this week: JK Dobbins @ Houston, Corey Davis vs Jacksonville, or DeSean Jackson vs LAR? .5 PPR -Dobbins had great debut in a blowout last week but I don't think that game script will apply against Houston. Also didn't get targeted in the passing game. -Davis had a great week one, AJ Brown is out making him the defacto WR1 this week. -I think the Eagles will look a lot better this week getting Sanders and Lane Johnson back. Jackson lead all receivers in air yards from week one so it only takes one deep ball to capitalize on his value.
  21. Man I hate to say it, but this is the probably the least excited I've ever been about our top 2 picks in all the years I've been following the draft, and I've been following it since 2006. The FO must be confident in EQ, MVS, Lazard, and Funchess. I am hopeful that EQ can turn into something and hopefully MVS continues getting the offense down. I really felt like we could use a shifty, speedy WR, like we used to have with Cobb. Hopefully we still grab one, but we still have big needs at OT, DT, ILB, and probably corner. Tomorrow will be interesting.
  22. Wishlist: - Mims - Pittman Jr - Shenault One of those three at WR and I'll be happy.
