  1. More smoke, bumping thread. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/mayor-of-city-in-illinois-says-bears-are-seriously-considering-a-move-out-of-soldier-field-and-to-his-town/ A Bears executive didn't deny that the team was mulling a possible move when asked about it by Crain's Chicago Business last week. The race track in Arlington Heights is about 30 miles away from Soldier Field, so Bears fans in Chicago would still be within easy traveling distance of a potential new stadium. Even if the Bears want to move though, it's not going to be so easy. As Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot rece
  2. Anybody like Connie's pizza? I remember they were good.
  3. I see Byrd as a Gabriel type of signing. If he can haul in say 500-600 yeards like last year with a few TD´s spinkled (from the slot) I say you move on from Miller next off season. Miller has to earn his keep just like any other player. No play (good or acceptable levels obviously), no stay.
  4. Heinz, does that mean that water is wet too? 🤔🤔🤣🤣
  5. Now all Pace has to do is gather more assets and trade Fields for Wilson. 😁😁😄😄
  6. The 49ers traded their 12th-overall pick, a 2022 third-round compensatory pick and first-round picks in 2022 and 2023 for the Miami Dolphins No. 3 overall selection. Ended up with Lance. Bears gave up so much less and ended up with Fields, who is a better level prospect.
  7. Was going to post this. A trade up to 9 will be very expensive. Probably 2 FRP's ++ but if Fields is there I'd be tempted. https://twitter.com/TomPelissero/status/1387464116403462145?s=20
  8. Part of story that is relevant: Before Watson was besieged with legal problems, the Jets, Dolphins, Panthers, Broncos, 49ers, Patriots, Bears and Washington had shown interest. The Texans’ plan was to get the most serious teams into a bidding war before general manager Nick Caserio — with Cal McNair’s approval — accepted the best offer that, ideally, would have included at least three first-round picks, two second-round picks and a defensive starter.
  9. Antonio Brown still on the market and a deal with the Bucs seems unlikely. Would anyone take a 1 year flier at the right price? I doubt it, just asking. https://twitter.com/TBTimes_Sports/status/1379448814390550528?s=20
  10. Welcome back Soul, missed ya around these parts although we keep in touch regularly.
  11. Minshew may be on the trade block soon? https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1375417048948477956 Beathard just signed with the Jags as their QB2.
  12. Speaking of tackles FA targets, Williams got 6/138M. Uh nooooo thaaaannnkkk you. That contract will be horrendous in 2 years although the guaranteed probably run out in 2023.
  13. Yup & TBH I've moved on from the Wilson hype train. It was never in the cards and we could quite possibly see reports come out that we were never really that close to a deal. It wouldn't surprise me if we were played like in the Wentz trade.
  14. Yeah, I figure I need to step away from this hype and histeria garbage and chill until they do something. It is what it is, the desperation is very real and a lot of fans won´t like the outcome. But if you can get as an example 1 or 2 SB wins from a 6-7 window with WIlson at QB it will have been well worth it.
  15. Ugh, Cowherd is saying Seattle may want 5 FRP's. Hell to the NOOO! ☝️☝️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

  17. I want a franchise QB as much as the next guy but a really overlooked issue with Watson is his injury history to date. 2 ACL tears (1 on each knee) is something to ponder. Dec 25, 2019 - NFL Back Lower Lumbar SprainWatson with back injury was listed as limited participant ahead of the Week 17 game against the Titans. He was active and served as the backup to AJ McCarron in the contest Nov 2, 2017 - NFLKnee ACL Tear Grade 3Watson tore his right ACL in practice. Nov 20, 2014 - Non-NFL Knee ACL Tear Grade 3. Watson suffered a torn left ACL in practice. He played with the injury vs.
  18. Ruh roh, the hype train is slowing down.
