    Sorry i lied

Don't recall advocating for OLB's Fackrell and Perry, but if that's the way you need to twist it, so you can be correct, okay. I do like the idea of blitzing one of the ILB on third down though and with both playing all three downs could cause confusion for opposing QB's, I know crazy talk, gotta have that edge. Here is a thought #12 D. White #30 Risner #44. J. Ferguson

You keep choosing to ignore cogent rationale for drafting D. White and pounding the table because you don't agree, we all get it and you repeating your point doesn't make it anymore valid. I would love to see both Martinez and White on the field for all three downs which is totally doable based on White's skill set. Yet, you prefer J. Jones in that role, okay. "I'd put odds at about 70% that one of Ferrell, Greedy Williams, Gary, Oliver or Josh Allen will be available at 12th overall. Any single one of them is worth more than Devin White." I disagree with the above statement, Josh Allen will be gone by #12, if by some kind of miracle he is still there I would draft him over White. As for the rest I believe White will be more of a difference maker than the rest. I want nothing to do with Oliver, Ferrell, or Gary until #30. I would be inclined for an OT at #12 than the reaches you present, again just my opinion. Not sure why I keep responding to you when I have sworn it off a million times, you are the King of Dogma!

Educate yourself D. White is not a two down ILB

The league is changing and recognizing the need for this type of player, therefore draft value goes up. Hey, don't get me wrong I would love to get a player like White in Rd 2-7, but I'm not sure that would happen moving forward. You might get D. Bush in Rd 2, but he is not on the same talent level as White IMO. Again, just my opinion and we will see how it all plays out. This is a weird draft for me, I thought #12 was shaping up to be a very good spot, but I just don't see the value in players that will be available at #12. Trade back and take BPA with all of the picks regardless of position, except QB and kicker.

I was really starting to favor Simmons at # 12, well then yeah. So IMO, we still need defensive impact at #12 and the guy who keeps coming up as a top 5 talent that might be available is D. White. I know some have a major issue with ILB at #12, but you don't have to watch a lot of football to recognize that guys like Kuechly, Wagner, and Jones make defenses much better and when they are not there, the defenses suffer. I happen to love Martinez, as a #2, but he is just not athletic enough to be the guy we really need.
  7. Second Round WR - It’s Time

Last year everything was out of Sync when 12 went down in game 1. Allison, Cobb, and Graham either being injured or ineffective was a major problem that gets ignored contributing to the dysfunction. It is not so much as the rookie WR's being open as they are not in the right place (down and distance) based on scheme, this may partially explain Rodgers decision making. MVS looked strong in the beginning of the year, but faded. EQ made some plays, nothing spectacular, but appeared soft and will not be counted on. Nothing wrong with MVS & EQ as your #4 and #5 WR's next year, but I certainly don't want them as #2 and #3. Hoping for a FA slot (Tate), healthy Allison, and a solid draft pick WR which may come later (Renfrow, Isabella, McLaurin, Hart). As far as pick #44, BPA for me, same with #12 and #30. Shaping up to be a solid draft and should be a good year to let the draft come to us and stick to BPA. If we could land any combination of the three with our first three picks I would be happy; #12 Simmons, White, Sweat, Wilkins, Ferrell, Ferguson, Risner, Dillard, Lindstrom, Jacobs, Hokenson, Fant, Samuel, "Hollywood". It's all about adding playmakers.
  8. Second Round WR - It’s Time

Deebo Samuel, similar to Devonte, would be an awesome combo, add a quality TE could be unstoppable.

Burnett has never been anything close to Thomas as a S, Thomas is a difference maker every time he is on the field, Burnett has never been that player.
  10. 2019 Draft Discussion

I really like that draft actually, would like to swap for a WR at #44 (Samuel/Brown), but if Jacobs is BPA at #44 I am all for it, scouts seem to think he will be a beast at the next level and provides solid pass pro as well, not sure about his hands though. I like all of the swings at edge, for sure one of those guys will be a difference maker if not all three.
  11. 2019 Draft Discussion

At first thought I was on the Ferrell bandwagon at #12, however the more I look he reminds me of Vonnie Holliday, just a solid player in the NFL, not because they are the same type of player but neither are difference makers. Really struggling with the #12 pick. At #12 I see Gutey choosing Simmons/Oliver/Gary, none of those thrill me, but #12 is a tough spot this year. At this point I would hope for a trade back with a QB needy team (Skins/Dolphins) and end up with any combination of Wilkins/Risner/Hockenson/Ferguson/Sweat with our two 1's. Really liked what I saw and read about Deebo Samuel at the SB, could be a great addition, is #44 too early for him? I think we could use some more help at WR, I am not as high on the rookie WR's from last year and believe we could do better.
