  1. Week 4 GDT- Eagles @ Titans

Lmao, that had me rolling when I saw it. Jags are 4th in the league now and the Titans are still 20th. Come on now mainstream media, I'm not saying we should be top 10 right now or anything, but you can't tell me the Jags are elite, turn right around and say the Titans are mediocre, and then expect me not to laugh. Anyway, the Eagles are obviously a really great team, it'll be interesting to see if we can hang with them. This never ending Mariota injury is such a buzzkill, I'd really like to see how we could match up with these guys with our QB at a full go. Hopefully the coaching staff figures out a way to keep the game close and we can have a shot in the 4th to steal one.
  2. Titans Pick'Em Competition - Week 4

On the board, baby, on the board! Screw it, let's go big. Eagles - 13 Titans - 27
  3. Titans Pick'Em Competition - Week 3

AND BLIND OPTIMISM MAKES ITS BEAUTIFUL RETURN Jaguars - 16 Titans - 23
  4. Week 2 GDT - Texans @ Titans

We. Are. GODS! Gabbert the Messiah! I'm kidding, that was a terrifying game, but I'm really happy to sneak away a win. Extremely impressed with the defense and the coaching staff. Well done boys, we're not going 0-16, baby!
  5. Week 2 GDT - Texans @ Titans

Okay, I have a few theories. 1) Mariota's hand/wrist/elbow is worse than we know and Vrabel is trying to make the Texans confused before Gabbert plays virtually the entire game with MAYBE some Mariota on gadget plays where he is nothing more than a decoy. 2) Coaching staff doesn't believe in Mariota, this is their way of trying to prove Gabbert is the better option to JRob so that he will be on board with a permanent change. 3) Mariota asked Vrabel to do this so that he can experience what it's like and be able to give Tua better advice on how to handle it. I have to believe that first option is the most likely (second one is too depressing, I'm not ready to go back in QB purgatory), but my only real problem with that is if Mariota's injury is that bad, wouldn't we have to promote Woodside to the 53 man roster in the event Gabbert goes down?
  6. Jonnu is 100% the guy to pick up in fantasy if you have Delanie, not Luke Stocker. I'd be floored if Stocker's role changes much at all with Delanie out. He's there to block.
  7. Week 2 GDT - Texans @ Titans

We didn't start 1-3 last year. You might be thinking of 2016, we started 1-3 and finished 9-7 but no playoffs after that Christmas eve disaster against the Jags where Mariota's leg snapped.
  8. Week 2 GDT - Texans @ Titans

So many beautiful lines in this post, but this legitimately got me to bust out laughing. Very well done, Sir. I'm hoping for the best. Let's at least see some progress from the coaching staff after their abysmal debut, play calling, clock management, player usage, adjustments, everything has room for a lot of improvement really. And if Marcus wants to ball out a little, I'd be okay with that, too. My natural instinct as a Titans fan to expect the worst has already overcome the early season optimism but I'll be watching and supporting these losers regardless.
  9. Titans Pick'Em Competition - Week 2

AND REALITY MAKES ITS PAINFUL RETURN Texans - 34 Titans - 20
  10. SNF: Bears @ Packers (AKA: The Richest Game in America)

Yeah, I agree, I just making the easy joke. Nagy showed some nice things, for sure, there is hope in Chicago.
  11. SNF: Bears @ Packers (AKA: The Richest Game in America)

Welp, at least we got our confirmation that Matt Nagy is a true Andy Reid disciple.
  12. Week 1 GDT: Titans vs. Dolphins

Losing like the Bills would have unquestionably been way way way way way worse. Losing like the Saints would at least have us all talking about our amazing new offense, lol. I see the point though, crazy road game with horrible injury "luck" and some less than ideal officiating including one horrific call that wiped away a huge TD. Honestly I don't really think much has changed in the sense that the whole season is going to come down to Marcus. It was like that before this game and it's still like that. He had the two bad interceptions, but I mean, they happened after he lost feeling in his arm. It really depends on your confidence in him. If all hope is lost for the QB, all hope is lost for the season. I still think he can be a great QB, I really do, let's see what happens in the home opener.
  13. Week 1 GDT: Titans vs. Dolphins

Little did I know when I woke up this morning, I'd be watching Blaine Gabbert explain the loss on the post-game press conference at 9pm lmao. Oh, Titans, you always find new ways to keep our relationship spicy.
  14. Week 1 GDT: Titans vs. Dolphins

Positives: One garbage holding call away from maybe stealing this game. Dion Lewis was certainly neat to watch, as well. Negatives: Everything else? I'm especially disappointed in our play in the trenches. Both on offense and defense. Give the Phins credit though, Tannehill had his hiccups but he looked good and they made big plays when they needed them.
  15. Week 1 GDT: Titans vs. Dolphins

Hahahaha, you've done it! There's that positive, boys!
