I’m doing a GM mock and I moved up to 18 to get Wilkins and I did this

25, 57, 139

for

18 and 81

I could see a deal like that

Seems to be a popular take...is Wilkins special?

I want to watch him again, it’s been awhile since I did.

Ok so they move up to the top 12, which they could...is it for Oliver and only Oliver?

I don’t see anyone else besides Oliver is really move that high for. I think Wilkins next to Cox could be great. I might be cool with just taking Tillery at 25 though

I think I have a Notre Fame anti-bias, Tillery is better than I first thought. But I can’t quite bring myself to him in the 1st

Tillery is better than Wilkins. Actually, I should say he's as good or better than Wilkins. Tillery offers more in the pass rush department.

Actually, that is pretty near to how I see things.
I don't like Tillery anywhere near as much, though, and I do like Gary in the dual DE/DT role.

Also, I think there needs to be a distinction between NT's and UT's as in you can't have four guys at 350 and one at 290.
You have to have some space eaters and some of the quicker guys.
The Eagles need rotational depth at both spots and I can see two DT's in the draft.
Even Wren and Mack in the 4th with other positions (DE, OT, WR) in the first two rounds would seem sane.

No safety? 1 year deal on McLeod and Jenkins is 30+?

Also why OT we have the project who made the 53 and Vaitai who held up on both sides? They even have Pryor another former rookie they have listed as a G/T...numbers alone say no OT unless he’s a definite upgrade over a SB winning OT in Vaitai

Vaitai did a yeoman's job up to and including the Super Bowl.
However, he's either been "solved" or regressed.
He is not that great.  He may be better ... or not.
I don't think that you can say he is the future for sure anywhere on the line.
And Mailata is a crapshoot.

As for safety, there isn't a sure thing at that position.
There almost never is.
Remember "the year of the safety?"

I am almost inclined to say that the Eagles should take proficient tackling CB's and convert them (like Jenkins) over draftable safeties.
Hell, Mills might be Jenkins' replacement with a little work.
I am beginning to believe that Douglas was drafted with that intent.

So your saying Metcalf will fall to the late teen early 20 range? I've seen that projection as well, but i still just don't believe it. However if that were to happen i'd hope the eagles would trade up and ****** him.

I'd rather trade up for Ed Oliver or Montez Sweat but highly doubtful unless they reach the 14-18 Range.

Lions are rumoured to wanna trade back but I don't know what type of cost that would be, Maybe a package deal, Agholor, Mills our 1st and a 4th lol and a future 3rd? lol yea i know it would cost one of our 2nds just to do it.

I see Harry going 22-40 Range After Metcalf.

A lot of people, most all of them, see Metcalf going 10-20.
I am saying EMPHATICALLY that he is not that good.
There were better prospects who turned out worse.

Would you trade up for  D.J. Moore, Calvin Ridley, Corey Davis, Mike Williams, John Ross, Corey Coleman, Will Fuller, Josh Doctson, Laquon Treadwell,  Amari Cooper, Kevin White, DeVante Parker, Nelson Agholor, Breshad Perriman or Phillip Dorsett?
They were the last 15 WR's taken in round one.

Metcalf will bust IMO.
That is assuming he goes in round 1.
I don't know that you can say that if he goes much later.

There's about a 0% chance that Peters is on the team after this season. Given that Vaitai isn't the long term answer, I think it would make sense for us to FIND that long term answer.

If Jawaan Taylor, Jonah Williams, or Andre Dillard are there at 25, we should absolutely jump all over it.

Dalton Risner or Yodny Cajuste are guys I'd consider at 53. Maybe even David Edwards if the front office is feeling desperate.

Williams and Dillard are the only LTs worth taking in the first 3 rounds and they’ll very likely get taken before our pick. RT is strong, but we don’t need. Lindstrom would make sense, but a IDL would make more sense to pair with Cox and after Cox.
