Changing text on mobile

So I've come to discover that while changing fonts sizes and colors is possible for the desktop version, I cannot understand why on mobile this feature is removed. What makes it an even bigger pain is when you want to quote some white text, but then you have absolutely no way of changing it back to black font, for example.

There's plenty of space on the bar where bold, italicize, underline, smiley face, and other icons are present. Why does the forum have features available only for desktop? Heck on the old forum I could manage and accomplish this on my phone.

Also end up having these paragraph gaps since shift enter doesn't work on the mobile. Granted that's more of a nuisance than an actual issue, but yeah, making certain text essentially unquotable on mobile is a real pain.
