All is quiet on the trade front but surely we will love Gordon. He doesn’t want to be here. He’s on an expiring deal and has show. The last 4 or 5 games that he can make an impact. Idk why teams are suddenly hoarding 1st round picks but he’s the type of guy that would have gotten a first at the deadline for the last decade.

the suns should bite on him, they need another guard. The bucks could really use him as well.

hopefully we move him for a 1st, if not maybe we get multiple 2nds. We just need to clear the space and get something in return before he’s either cut this off season or worse, we pay him that final year.

Because the price for star players and good players has gone up tremendously. Plus the NBA is starting to realize a young, cheap player is more valuable than an overpriced 35-year-old.

The days of throwing 1st round picks for temporary help is long gone.

Eric Gordon is a good example of holding onto a player for way too long, they should've sold him off years ago.

I'm praying the Jazz trade away most of our veteran guys at the ASB.

Because you don't trade FRPs for okay veterans.

define "ok".  I've seen plenty of instances where an ok vet went for a first rounder.

PJ Tucker comes to mind.

PJ Tucker does something significantly better than Eric Gordon does.  And what pick did they get for PJ Tucker?  The problem is most of the teams currently projected to pick in the 21-30 range aren't contenders.
