What examples can you find of a team that actively sought to strengthen an already strong area from this draft?

The obvious examples;

Jacksonville: Taven Bryan, DT, Florida

Chargers: Derwin James, S, Florida St

Atlanta: Calvin Ridley, WR, Alabama

Wow 2 posts in and even the OP didn't state the most obvious one. Connor Williams to finish basically an all-pro line. If he lives up to his potential that got him hyped as a Top10 pick. This will be hands down the best offensive line the NFL has ever seen. The other units I doubt can make the same claim.

Connor Williams isn't that good though. Overrated, especially as a guard prospect. He will incur a lot of holding penalties methinks.

Vikings: Mike Hughes CB (could throw in Holton Hill as an UDFA as well)

Definitely should add Holton Hill.  A little sad DEN didn't draft him, he's exactly the type of tall, physical CB that can handle DEN's scheme.   DEN's focus on character is admirable (and character flags are the only reason he fell to UDFA), but if they were willing to sign UDFA NT Lowell Lotulelei, Hill being drafted Rd 6-7 is a  no-brainer.  Oh well.

They ain't even the best O-Line in their division, change my mind.

It's a minor quibble, but S wasn't an area of strength for LAC. It sure is now.

S wasn't one of their top 3 needs (DL run stuffer, ILB, T , then S), but they were looking to upgrade S at some point, though.

JAX & ATL, no argument there.

Eagles already have Zach Ertz, and signed Richard Rodgers (who had a pretty good season for Green Bay at TE a few years ago)

They drafted Dallas Goedert.

Richard Rodgers isn't good. He's reliable but one of the least athletic TE's in the NFL.

A guy with quick feet, excellent balance, great technique is going to incur alot of hold penalties? If he gets it for anything it will be because of his mean streak.
