I usually use an excel sheet and get a few characteristics that I look for at each position. Grade them on a 1-10 scale and then give weight to certain characteristics that I find more important. It spits out a grade and then I just draft based on the final grade from high to low. My question is does anyone else do something similar to this? Most importantly, what do you look for in rookies?
