I looked at net yards and punts inside the 20. Valued inside the 20 higher.

Kern had 30 in 66 punts. Smh

I did notice that, but he also had fewer punts than others.

Is it fair to give credit for Kern being on a better offensive team that provides more opportunities to drop punts inside the 20, vs a guy like Lechler who is probably punting from their side of the field? How much should be weighed?

2 full yards is quite a bit, and it's not like he wasnt capable of inside the 20. I tried to take an overall look with net yards, inside 20, and opportunities for those.

Being that the deadline for ballots has passed, and I have this, I don't think there's much point withholding it. Espessially since the Taco Bowl will also probably be posted in the afternoon tomorrow instead of Saturday morning, so yeah.

Here be the All-Star Bowl: https://youtu.be/DBAXOg0kLTA

Yeah but kern is my guy

So obviously he was the best.

But real talk I find a near 50% chance of landing in the 20 from any of Kerns punts should have landed him in the pro bowl no doubt.

Butt.... we're debating over punters. And it's not that serious at all.

Plus I never accounted for that argument of him having better field position. I just saw him having 1-2 less "in the 20" punts with 20ish less attempts and figured hed win in a landslide.

Can't say I'm surprised, with Alex Smith at the helm. Won't lose you a game, but can't win when it counts.

Source: seen it this game and seen it in the playoffs and seen it in real life.

Yup. My defense was leaning towards aggression as well, but I was hoping to get a turnover or two off that aggression.

Forced 5 fumbles, recovered 3, so can't really complain too much. Glen's got a good team and I have no regrets.

We're going to see either a new owner join the ring of champions, or have another multi-champion. And either winner would be worthy.

Glen managed to rebuild after his one-shot-championship. Remix has been making moves "for next season" for about half a decade, so finally those are paying off.
