tom cody
Arrest? Yes. But probably nothing overly serious. Think he gets a warning and that's it.

Spoken truthfully from a guy who definitely has a couple disorderly conducts on their record.

At a house party, shut the door in the face of a plain clothes officer trying to break up the party. Too drunk to realize that he identified himself as a cop. Just thought it was a neighbor being a party pooper. They had to charge me with something I guess....

Pretty clear admission of responsibility on his (and his posse’s) behalf. It was a victimless crime once Kirk offered to pay restitution but baseless is a stretch. Like petty vandalism it’s not worth prosecuting once the car owners are compensated appropriately. It wasn’t ever going to result in more than a misdemeanor at worst. Kirk’s clean record before this hopefully means he learns to avoid any silliness like this in the future.
