As @NVRamsFan said, that's his scheme. Your FS is going to play way off the LOS. Your SS is often going to be in the box or at least cheating up. Your CBs will almost always be giving cushions of about 5 yards. And you're almost always going to have someone blitzing. He plays an aggressive bend-but-don't-break defense. That being said, the Cardinals CB room is pretty terrible and Taylor is worthy of seeing the field in the NFL. He's a horrendous #1, bad #2, solid #3, great #4.
