Sometimes he looks like a stud, other times he'll be the lone reason your D just gave up a 3rd and long. He is handy on LB blitzes, but he's mostly a liability on 3rd downs. Solid 2 down LB though. His best ball was this past season. it's the most consistent he's ever been. He's way more Jekyll and Hyde in a 3/4. So he was overpaid for the lack of time field time he was going to see when everyone is healthy. Eagles also signed corey nelson that was going to take snaps from him.
