@SovereignNazgul has a good point.  Mission's penalty should be a vote against him for THIS Tribal Council since this all could have been avoided had he just met the deadline.

Jeff strongly suggests a compromise as follows:

Tie vote, Mission/Dwight.  Everybody else re-votes.

The punishment should have been / and should be here on out: a vote against them in the immediate Tribal. Something that can actually hurt your game.

In this situation, one vote against Dwight and one vote against Mission. Which would result in everyone but them two re-voting (only for Dwight / Mission).

I always assumed that the "vote against" was the default penalty?

I legit thought this so I was hoping for some more excitement tonight lol

This is the best suggestion yet.

Options.  Keep in mind the spirit of fair play.  Mission consistently shows a lack of concern for deadlines and the rest of the players involved in the game and failed to get his vote in in time. 

1. Keep Dwight as the player sent to Redemption Island
2. Send Mission to Redemption Island instead.
3. Hold a re-vote in which neither Mission nor Dwight can vote, and only Dwight or Mission can be voted for.
4. Have both players compete in a fire starting competition.
5. Have both players sent to Redemption Island, and the winner comes right back onto your tribe.

Either PM or openly state your choice.  The majority is what we will go with.

To the other two Tribes, the Tribal Immunity Challenge is still live.  Dwight and Mission CANNOT compete in this challenge until this issue is resolved.

You know your tribe will just have 1 person not vote each time and keep making it a tie so it's 3 weeks on one vote
