Man, I really, really want to get Korver here but I don't see how we feasibly do it. Zero chance the Cavs take back Delly or Henson.

Korver, JR Smith and Okaro White for Delly/Henson/DJ WIlson and a future 1st round pick. You'd get a veteran 3 point specialist, JR Smith who only has 3.8m guaranteed after this season, and Okaro White who has a 1.5m non guaranteed contract. You'd rid yourselves of the roughly 39m remaining owed to Delly and Henson.

just out of curiosity, who do yall think is a more useful player between mozgov and biz? i haven't really seen mozgov play since CLE. Biz is a top 15 defensive C w/ the worst offensive game in the league. Moz.. from what i remember.. decent skilled slow-twitched big that can pass/hit midrange and puts himself in the right spots defensively, but not a "good" defender. decent rebounder, not good. Has he devolved?

This trade doesn't make a lot of sense, aside from saving Denver a little bit in tax $. All players would essentially be expiring, Hill only has a 1 mil guarantee next year.

Nuggets pick up a backup PG, Cavs get an asset

We're talking about George Hill. Good Lord.

I realize that. But George Hill is a good player with starting potential. We don't want your leftover bench players. All we want is picks, considering you would never trade your good young players for Hill. The Nuggets should be a playoff team next season and they certainly won't be one of the league's worst teams. They're a fringe lottery team anyways. George Hill can net us more than a heavily protected pick that would likely not even land in the lottery anyways. Maybe not from you guys, but somebody with a big enough need at PG would give us more.

I also would refuse to trade with anyone that protects their 1st round pick. I think that's a terrible rule to be honest. So maybe this is ultimately fair value, but I would refuse to do the protected pick thing. Once you trade your pick, you trade your pick. At least that's how I'd like to see it be done.

Find a 3rd team to trade JR to and we've got a deal. I want no part of that stooge on my roster.

You have a very warped reality of what George Hill is worth.
