MacReady
Is there a single player that doesn't have something that could be considered a part of the Madden Curse by those who are superstitious? Eddie George Daunte Culpepper Marshall Faulk Michael Vick Ray Lewis Donovan McNabb Shaun Alexander Vince Young Brett Favre Polomalu/Fitzgerald Brees (Career high interceptions) Hillis Calvin Johnson Richard Sherman Odell Beckham Rob Gronkowski Tom Brady (the drop)

Danger
lmfao this "curse" is a joke at this point. People twist the narrative to try and keep this old wives tale going over the past 10 years.

When you have an agenda, you look at anything you can to get to the conclusion you want to end at. Bias is a terrible, terrible, terrible thing. Broncofan
I think it’s a stretch to point to a drop when a guy throws for 500+ yards in the SB. If Malcolm Butler was on the cover last year then you’d have me intrigued.

Ty21
Brady wasn’t cursed at all. He would’ve had sh*t hands whether he was on the cover of Madden or Good Housekeeping.
SteelKing728
The biggest curse that Madden has is on the people who buy the game year after year. They keep settling for mediocrity when they could wait a couple years for something much better.

AFlaccoSeagulls
The Madden curse is complete garbage. It used to be that the person on the cover would get injured. Then it was that they'd have a bad season. Now apparently the curse counts if you drop a pass in the Superbowl after your MVP season? Like....how is that a thing?
