Aren't they allowed to card a player for asking for a card? Couldn't that nonsense qualify. Card him when he does it and he'll stop pretty quickly.

I think they can. Don't seem to implement it though.

I hope Belgium absolutely humiliate Brazil in the next round

That was one of the best worst attempts at an offside trap I've ever seen.

They can defend a lot better than Mexico.

And Hazard, De Bruyne, Mertens and Lukaku won't miss this many chances.

México have never scored against Brazil in a World Cup.

And this is the 7th consecutive tournament where they've lost in the Round of 16

They're basic the Latin version of England, kind of.

Key word being tiny. Every single player on the pitch has had their foot stepped on hundreds of times.

Pain is part of the game. Fifa even released statistics that pretty much every player during the world cup takes pain killers before every game. Players like Rio Ferdinand played years with serious back issues that people with desks jobs would get months off work for

Many of those games they were just unlucky. Maxi Rodriguez 40 yard silver goal. Apparently outplayed Netherlands last time around but lost in the last minute.

In 2010 Argentina got given a ridiculous goal that VAR would overturn. Red card in 2002. 2-1 Germany in 98.

Yeah Rio's back was horrendous it's why the decline at the end of his career was so drastic.

That is huge for Brazil.

At least they have Fernandinho.
