A few questions why was Mc Coy's ex not arrested for grand theft the moment she refused to turn over property that did not legaly belong to her?  Has anyone thought that the Jewler might have hired someone to get his goods back form this skank.  Why was she in MC Coy's  house  after they had broken up,  was she on the deed or lease to the property?  If not the Fulton County SHeriff shoulf have removed her from the property she had no legal right to be on the property.  Again the Sheriff should have been called to remove the Jewelry from the EX an agent of the Jeweler could have been sent with pictures of the jewels for id AND IF SHE REFUSED TO TURN OVER THE JEWELS THE sheriff SHOULD HAVE THEN ARESTED HER on the spot for grand theft.

Black women seem to have a since of entitlement, they think they have the right to illegaly stay in property that does not belong to them wear other peoples things that don't belong to them then whine to the leftwing sports press when something happens to them.  You don't hear this happening with white players or their wives or ex girl friends you have to ask yourselves why.

Yes, the judicial system. But we aren't a court and we aren't arguing if the man should be imprisoned or found guilty of a criminal act. We are the nascent public and the public is allowed to form an opinion about a person based on circumstantial evidence and factors playing into a situation regardless of the criminality or judicial implications thereof.

This has nothing to do with Shady, and more to do with how it's annoying to hear that "innocent until proven guilty" shtick applied as a blanket to remove anybody accused of anything from culpability. The public isn't the judicial we are under no obligation therein to adhere to this.

OK, so on one hand you're annoyed with people using "innocent til proven guilty" but when someone uses and far fetched scenario YOU don't agree with you'll post "wow, just, wow."

You're like a walking contradiction bro, perhaps you should be more open minded and less dramatic

Seriously you’re bringing race into this? Stereotyping black women? This is such a divisive post. I am glad I don’t see this on the Bills forum

I agree 100% with you BillsGuy. TLBF is known for being dramatic. Using our constitutional right is a blanket for culpability? No one is saying that to remove or excuse fault. If Shady ends up being convicted I will be the first one to say we need to boot him and he should punished to the full extent of the law. But please don’t say that innocent until proven guilty is shtick. This is the right of every American. I think if you were wrongly accused you would want the same liberties and would refrain from ignorant statements like your previous post.

He was taking her to court to get her out of the house. Was supposed to be in court on Tuesday but her Lawyer had a family emergency so it was moved to August.... Kinda screwed up.

This thread is getting out of hand everyone jumps to the conclusion right away rather then waiting for the facts to pop up.

Facts that have come out: Shady called the policy 3 times in the past explaining he is a football player and wants her gone or off the property before she makes stuff up that could cost him his career. He sent his mother to collect his furniture that he paid for. The jewelry was purchased and never borrowed from a jeweler. The robbers wanted more then just a diamond bracelet which was said rented. Shady was in miami this entire summer training and living life. He has had no contact with this woman or friends for several months. He was not there during the robbery. The ex said he may be involved. Shady has tried to get her out of the house but per laws it has to go through the process and cops cannot take her out forcefully.

So all said and done why would shady go to the extreme of paying someone to go rob her when he was going to be getting that stuff back through court and has made several calls to the police letting them know he is a player and doesnt want to get trapped in to a web of issues to go and do this after the fact? \

IMO this was either a random robbery or the ex/someone close to her took it upon themselves to try to set shady up by doing this and blaming shady. No matter what we dont know the entire truth as we are not the police and investigating any of this other then hersay at this point from the media
