1. If he F-Ed up it’s time to go our separate ways and trade for OBJ !

2. If this is because he’s having panic attacks and anxiety from the potential drama HBO brings I understand that completely. Idk how many of you know what true anxiety feels like or what a panic attack looks like but it’s no joke. Just because he looks like Superman doesn’t mean he doesn’t have his flaws. He know his mental health if he feels this is the best route to avoid the cameras as much as possible in order to be ready for the season then great. Do u Josh. Anxiety’s a ***** panic attacks can put the strongest men on their knees. Sometimes u just have to say you’re not strong enough to deal with a situation

Really don't see any issue with this. He has anxiety problems (which is why he's self medicated in the past) and needs support.

Edit: It really says a lot about someone who wants to see him fired because they obviously don't understand what anxiety is.

Well stated, bosko - and thank you.

Addicts or alcoholics have less of a resistance to the temptations we all face in our daily lives. Anyone who thinks it is a weakness to ask for help is just flat out wrong. Life is not perfect and gets messy sometimes. Josh is relatively new to sobriety. Asking for help to stay in a happy place in life (sober) is a good thing and a sign of strength. We cannot have it both ways - where we say "Josh just needs to quit screwing up and get his life in order". Then when he takes the steps necessary to achieve that goal, we are mad at him because it gets in the way of football.

Cannot have your cake and eat it too.

League sources apparently told schefter that this is so Gordon can do some work with his mental health/anxiety which was his number 1 reason for turning to weed and alcohol. Also per Rotoworld vibes are that this is only a brief respire for Gordon to get his mind right before his first full season since 2013. Also per all sources including the NFL’ s Gordon has not failed a test

If this report is true, awesome. Josh Gordon barely needs training camp.

He can be overweight without any real practice and be top 10 in the nfl.

If him and Tyron form a rapport and he is in shape and focused he could be unreal this year.

100 receptions 1600 yards and 12 tds

He’s got an entirely new offense to learn. He’s going to need more than a rapport with tyrod to get ready to play.

Historically he hasn't needed much practice to be effective.

Because he’s running on pure talent. If he could actually learn the plays he would be a lot better. He’s ran very simple routes the very few games he’s played since 2013.

The route doesn't matter if you can beat your guy. Well, and the QB can get you the ball.
