It breaks my heart to see how we as divine spirit beings can so easily cast aside our responsibilities in this post-post-modern post-family post-apocalypse age of busy-ness.  We so easily energetically shrug as we ramble out both sides of our mouths, emoting flowery appeals to a Utopian ideal; yet when comes our time to participate in said ideal, the excuses and reinterpretations begin to flow out our mouths, not as the dry sand black smoke these lies deserve but instead the golden honey of ease and carefree irresponsibility.  This is truly the dualism that we must purify our natures of, my friends.  If only this sloth and self-denial were the way, but our hearts hold fast, aligning to the breath body above as magnets to true north.

If we are to welcome in a new age of peace and understanding, we must reach toward the light of truth or else we may open ourselves to the oh-so-familiar whispers of the dark one (whose name will not dare be spake).  What we create is in our own image; thus, it is ordained that we must see through to the end our self-invented obligations.  That is why we've chosen to exist in this shared time-space.  

Obviously I'm talking about Kai Nacua here.  He could have signed anywhere, but he signed with us.  I want right done by this FSOTF, not a "Hey, let's just leave our precious miracle on a Steeler doorstep so we can do whip-its and chug Rock Stars in the 7-11 parking lot."  I've seen it a thousand times.  I needed to bring this thread back because it's happening again.  Shame on you, Mind.

WR Jordan Payton--Might make it through to PS due to PED flag./ WR from another team

OL Roderick Johnson- Horrible contact balance and is always a waist bender. Would be better in a zone scheme under Kyle Shannahan. I don't think he has the body coordination or balance for the pros imo. Elite length. Where he was selected predicates that he probably makes the team.Trey Caldwell - Watch his college tape. Elite foot speed, competitive fire, and attacks the ball often going through the bigger/taller receiver to win the ball. I see him as a strong developmental starter. If healthy this year, his ability will shine.
OT Zach Sterup-Final practice Squad year. Might make it through to PS b/c of PED issue.
DE Tyrone Holmes,--Special burst and finishing ability. TFL specialist. Was not a 34OLB.

FS Kai Nacua

LB Ladell Fleming - Watch the tape. He's a special, special player. Game is very much like a an instinctual Jamie Collins but with more length. He adds special edge rush ability as well. Ability jumps off the screen. It will be too risky to cut him for the practice squad. Will have standout moments in camp and be seen as a developmental starter if the mental aspect of the game is not too much. Don't know the player in terms of work ethic. If it's there, he won't just make the team but he'll be inserted into the lineup as an edge or inside rusher in some sub packages.

LB Deon King- Better movement and instinctual skills than Dominique Alexander.

After having shared in the tragic agony of being torn apart by who would be our papa bear (hint: it's Brock), I just want to get out in front of this and make sure that this time the most important one involved, our helpless draft baby Kai Nacua, is loved and nurtured properly. 

We all saw what happened when Deshone Kizer had been given to a loving family--brownie man--but was then taken away by the state (DD) after an anonymous phone call and eventually discarded as a 
 

Let us all look in the mirror and see the eyes of resolve gazing kindly back, accepting full culpability in ensuring that no Kai Nacua is left behind (on a practice squad & then picked up by the Steelers). I present this urgent issue at the feet of the scales of justice for my forum family to decide. Please, I ask that however you choose to rule, do what is best for baby Kai.

A new chance and Coach Wylie can help him improve.  RG – 2  Kevin Zeitler  Chris Barker- A younger Greco with better movement skills and punch. Was a better OL at Nevada than Bitonio in terms of Guard play. Bitonio was better at OT.  RT – 2  Cameron Erving,- No one really knows Cam's ability as they only have known him as a Browns center. In that way, he's not good, but his play at tackle at FSU made me have him as a top 3 tackle prospect heading into the draft. Coming out of FSU, Cam showed elite balance and kick step foot quickness as a tackle. Long arms and punch on the outside makes Cam a strong starter at tackle.  Shon Coleman - Like Coleman a lot, but he stands on stilts with poor contact balance and uncoordinated movement skills. Strong/elite punch and it's over if he can get his hands on you.  DEFENSE  RDE - 3  Myles Garrett,  Tyrone Holmes,--Special burst and finishing ability. TFL specialist. Was not a 34OLB.  Nate Orchard - Had a rough rookie year and was injured his second. Before injury, he was our best against the run. His skills are slept on. I still think he can be a special role player in the 43.  DT - 3  Desmond Bryant,- Special athlete with elite length and hand punching strength. Might be a breakout player in 43.  Larry Ogunjobi,  Xavier Cooper- Skills were hidden by the 34. Out of Wash St. he was a special rusher with hand fighting technique and elite get off. Those down on him have not paid attention to his skill set (imo) and college tape.  NT – 2  Danny Shelton,  Caleb Brantley, - His skill set at Florida was the double arm press, hold the blocker, Find the ball, Throw the Blocker off...Strong qualities as a NT in 43. Can win with quickness and strength as a 3-tech as well.  LDE- 2  Emmanuel Ogbah,  Carl Nassib  WLB – 2  Christian Kirksey,  Ladell Fleming - Watch the tape. He's a special, special player. Game is very much like a an instinctual Jamie Collins but with more length. He adds special edge rush ability as well. Ability jumps off the screen. He's slimmed down specifically for 43 and his knowledge of the game and leadership gives him the edge to start. A lot of ppl are down on Demario. Based on the tape I am not.  James Burgess - Watch his tape as well. He's also a special developmental impact player with elite instincts and athleticism to avoid guards in order to make TFLs. He might beat out Demario for the starting job.  SLB - 2  Jamie Collins,  Joe Schobert - Perfect fit in the 43 sam role with Gregg Williams being able to call parellel twists/blitzes for Collins and Schobert.  CB – 5 b/c 6th Howard Wilson won't count against the 53 b/c they'll start him out on PUP  Joe Haden,  Briean Boddy-Calhoun,  Trey Caldwell - Watch his college tape. I get it, Mind; Kai is no Randall Telfer, Ricardo Lewis, Cameron Irving, James Wright or Marcus Burley...

Therefore, giving him or Tyvis the nod over a newly signed FS transitioned Jason McCourty and a proven veteran backup with leadership skills like Ed Reynolds just didnt seem likely.  If Tyvis or Kai flash run stopping ability (which is important for Gregg Williams), then they would get the 53-man roster nod over Ed Reynolds.  We shall see...keep that thread in the mind cue for all to revel in.........

I get it, Mind; Kai is no Seahawks castoff Tyvis Powell, Ed Reynolds, Xavier Cooper, Nate Orchard or DT logjam Dez Bryant. I get it; Nacua won't be worth picking up for free for 31 other teams. We all get it, Mind.

Instinctive ball hawk. Elite competitiveness. Solid tackler.  Dorian Williams, Princeton: A missile. Knows only one speed...and that's all out. Instinctive  S:  Malik Hooker: Got....to....get...him. Some way...somehow. Elite range playmaker. Period. But his tackling is....blah blah. Nope. Get him.  Jamal Adams: Got...to...get...him...Some way...somehow. But he doesn't blah blah....Nope. Please get him. Elite energy...tone setter in the back end. Box playmaker extraordinaire.  Kai Nacua: Instinctive, range playmaking ball hawk. Plays with serious competitive fire. Been on him as a developmental pro bowler for a year and a half.

No Kai of mine is going on the practice squad. We cannot allow it. We don't want him to leave Cleveland and brave that dark world of white suits, pizza parlors and backrooms at bars; Kai is too pure.

@NudeTayne Tayne man....are you seriously bringing this thread back from the grave...lol.

This ish is about to get locked as fast as the last one....and it probably should be man.

Don't worry...Kai will be the first player in NFL history to go from the practice squad to the pro bowl and then to the Hall of fame in the span of 1 season...

He's made plays but the best we can hope at this point is that he clear waivers and makes the team via PS; if he doesn't clear waivers he doesn't end up in the division..

Cleveland shall soon be the capital of the world soon after Kai makes the team and shows his gift to the world. There will be no other cities, states, provinces....only Kai's Cleveland global empire. Kai's trusted cabinet of advisors' first order will be for a humanitarian intervention in Pittsburgh...you know the kind for the "women and children."....the Pittsburgh people will "greet us as liberators" type of humanitarian love intervention.. "Mission accomplished" banners will hang from the liberty bridge....
