Don't think Mills is a particularly good corner, he may very well be a below average starter, but he definitely improved a ton from 2016 to 2017 and can make plays. Barring a year where he puts up fancy stats, I think he can be had in 2020 for whatever the equivalence of a multi year, 4$M/year type of contract today is.
