Phire
Quote Lucas will also take over the No. 81, which was previously worn by Jordan Matthews. Matthews was traded to the Buffalo Bills on Friday. Lucas played for Tulsa Golden Hurricanes, and recorded 81 catches for 1180 yards and 15 touchdowns in 2016.

Bednarik60
Lucas has 31 7/8 arms which doesn't move me, would of like to seen at least 32 inches. but thats ok. Quote STRENGTHS Plays tall near the goal line with good high pointing skills and body control to win the ball. Good catch-to-touchdown ratio over last two seasons. Hands are generally soft and he can drop low to make a catch. Works the middle of the field. Able to concentrate and secure throws in traffic. Adjusts in space depending on coverage in order to create more accessible throwing lane for quarterback. Former 200-meter runner in high school with some build-up speed in his go routes. WEAKNESSES Plays with hip stiffness. Uses excessive foot chop to gather before breaking his route inside. Unable to bend and sink into his breaks forcing him to make rounded cuts. Gives away routes early and doesn't play with enough acceleration out of his breaks to make up for it. Hands can be inconsistent with focus drops becoming an issue. Doesn't have get-away athleticism to consistently avoid tackles and pick up yards after catch. Run blocking effort isn't on par. DRAFT PROJECTION PFA BOTTOM LINE Linear, high-cut slot receiver with decent build up speed who lacks the flexibility for precise route to uncover against tight man coverage. Lucas has been productive during his tenure at Tulsa, but he doesn't appear to have the short-area quickness teams look for from an NFL slot. http://www.nfl.com/draft/2017/profiles/keevan-lucas?id=2558126
Bednarik60
I feel like anyone has a chance to make this team at wide receiver. Alshon has a hard time staying healthy, Smith is inconsistent, The Phoenix is the Phoenix lol, so i think anyone can come and get a spot if they have the drive and can produce on the field(not drop the ball) and stay healthy. Yeah hopefully one of the younger guys can step up out of the competition.
