You can now get HA starters (Libero Scorbunny, Grassy Surge Grookey, and Sniper Snobble) by transferring a Pokemon from SwSh to Home. Afterwards, you will head over to your phone, and you should open the Pokemon Home app. Once their, open your Mystery Gift Tab (This can be found by hitting the bottom button on the Pokemon Home Main Screen), and you will have all three ready to go. They all come in Poke balls, and all come with 2 Max IV's.
