The actual situation is that the Pirates keep screwing with his armslot because they are a 2-seamer only organization. He needs to be throwing a 4-seamer and his plus-plus curveball from a more over the top motion which is what make him a top prospect in the first place.

Tampa Bay is the perfect place for that.

Dellin was way worse off at 24 than Glasnow is now btw. He's one of those guys who can turn it around well after everyone gives up on him.

That's not how you look at prospects. You don't take the HOF'er out of the bunch, you take the 100+ other failures that had his stuff and size.
