Gruden likes veterans" Which he does and it's clear he wants to build this roster in his image, buuuuut........ Jordy (33), Reggie(34), Hall (33), DJ, Lynch (32), Nugent (36), Penn (35), Frostee (34), Of those, Jordy, Penn and Lynch are the only ones who will play significant roles. The rest are reserves. The core of this team is young. Young where it matters as well. Our team's average age is 27 which is the oldest in the league and the average age for our starters on offense is 28.5. The offense has Penn, Lynch, Jordy and Cook all over 31 that skew that average. All 4 of which will have significant roles on offense. So you can't really argue that the age of the offense is a problem. You have a couple guys skewing the average, but again.... the core players are young. A rebuild doesn’t have to be a complete tank like the Sixers (I know, diff sport) there are young guys being groomed behind all of those mentioned players, not to mention the abundance of picks we now have. I wouldn’t call it a total rebuild, more like trying to win now with an eye on the future.

Penn, Lynch and Cook haven't been signed this year. Do you think they should have been cut because we're "rebuilding"?

Trading for draft capital and the QB is 26. Just because there are some vet stop gaps, doesn't mean the team is "old"
