It's a prequel according to the timeline of this space game. Takes place in the year 2081 I believe. Star Control=Sega Genesis/PC Star Control 2=3DO/PC Star Control 3=PC only Star Control: Origins=PC/PS4/Xbox 1/Steam If you like space games, you will love this game. Forget star wars games, forget star trek games, forget No Mans Sky! Hell, forget any game you have at home. I've seen the Beta. It will blow your mind. Unlike earlier versions, you can create & design your own space ship. Own color, weapons systems, crew...everything. They still have Melee. 1 on 1 battles with friends at home. Or go online and hunt down people's home worlds and bases or become allies. This game is BOTH 1 player, 2 player or multiplayer. There's thousands of planets to explore. You can take a lander on planets or moons and pick up minerals to upgrade your fleet. You can have fighters, battleships, freighters. You name it. No Man Sky sucks, compared to what this game will have for ya. But don't believe me...read about it yourselves. Releases on PC first Sept. 20th, 2018. Im waiting for the PS4 version. Which is what I'm waiting for. But if you guys Want to play the greatest Adventure RPG game ever made? It's available now. Just thought I would let you know.
