Joe Haden - 1st round TJ Ward - 2nd round Colt McCoy - 3rd round Phil Taylor - 1st round Jabaal Sheard - 2nd round Jordan Cameron - 4th round Buster Skrine - 5th round Craig Robertson - undrafted FA Mitchell Schwartz - 2nd round John Hughes - 3rd round Travis Benjamin - 4th round Billy Winn - 6th round Josh Gordon - 2nd round Tashaun Gibson - Undrafted FA He wasn't always good at maximizing talent (I felt he drafted guys WAY before he needed to) But he was sure as hell good at figuring out who would be talented enough to play in the league.
