2018 College Football Predictions

Rutgers#1

Recommended Posts

Hi, I would like to release what I've been working on over the past few months. I have gone through every team and researched each of them to project the depth charts and total wins during the regular season. I am not a very tech savy person and do not know how to insert the word document for each conference. If you DM me I can send you everything I have and you can give me your thoughts. I know they aren't perfect as the landscape of college football changes every day and some players are missed or overlooked by me. I will post every All-American team nationally and for each conference on different posts. Feel free to voice you opinions and if I missed something major that could change the fortune of one team. Thank you and hope you enjoy!

Notre Dame AND a Big Ten team in the playoff. Last year was a huge setback for northern CFB with no teams in the playoff. I feel having two Northern teams in the playoff this year is the only way to make up for it.

Lots of good work put in.

I think my biggest criticism is the infatuation with MSU and also Bama not in the playoffs. I think it’s been shown that this committee will struggle to leave them out unless they lose two games. They have a really cake schedule this year. Past precedent should tell us that Alabama makes the playoffs.

Other then that, pretty nice job.

Alabama in my opinion will be fine offensively but the defense specifically the secondary could be the problem. They are very young there and inconsistent but still have some very highly recruited players there. Don’t be surprised if Mississippi State gives them a loss. They played them tuff last season and are even better this year
